I worked with Angela Adams, and I want to express how truly amazing she was to work with. I was going through a lot of transition in my life at the time, and subsequently a lot of stress, and Angela was truly a God send, as she completely took over everything that needed to be done in regards to selling my house, and I didn't have to lift a finger. She was extremely knowledgeable, honest, responsive, attentive, detail oriented, pro-active... the list goes on and on. And above all, she was extremely kind and a pleasure to work with. I'm confident my house would not have sold as quickly as it did if I had used a different agent and company. Angela essentially had the challenge of guiding three parties (ex-wife, myself, buyers) through a transaction at a time when elements of uncertainty were growing in the market. Angela always kept all parties informed, priced the listing accurately, fielded an offer from the right buyer and grew the deal appropriately -- reflecting the interests of all parties. She was sensitive to -- and managed -- emotions on both sides of the transaction, was direct, and told the truths both sides needed to hear. I don't believe anyone else could have pulled off what Angela did in that period of time given the parties involved. You have a superstar on your hands that has unsurpassed market expertise and the ability to understand and communicate with people making monumental decisions in their lives. I am very thankful for Angela and view Michael Saunders as the standard because of Angela.

Let me count the ways to thank Robert. He was there when we viewed the house after the tenant was evicted. Total vicious devastation. He immediately stepped in & guided us in the path of restoration. If it wasn't for him, our only alternative would be to sell it as is. Robert went above & beyond in the process of restoration & I can’t thank him enough. I consider him a precious gem & can’t thank him enough.

I want to thank you again for all the hard work you did to get my lot sold. I think that makes the 4th or 5th property you've sold for me over the years. Thank you for your kindness and patience on this last one as I know it wasn't a great lot but you still managed to find the right buyer and get me the best deal possible. I also appreciate your knowledge of the local area, your willingness to work with me (and some of my crazy ideas), and your professionalism. I will recommend you any chance I get and will definitely reach out to you in the future if I decide to buy or sell anything else down there.

I have been telling my friends and acquaintances about Robert Goldman ever since I listed my home with him last year. The selling experience with Rob, from our initial meeting through the closing, was easy, pleasant and quick. Every day during the process, I found myself comparing my prior selling experiences outside of Florida to the service and care that Rob provided in Venice. And there is no comparison! Despite the fact that Rob had many listings, I felt that he truly cared about mine. At the initial visit, Rob explained the current market, the process, and how we would price the house and market it. I am a licensed interior designer and I know how to best present my house for showings. However, Rob made some wonderful suggestions to improve the exterior landscaping, the driveway and the pool area. He also made suggestions about interior traffic patterns. He checked everything, even asking questions about the appliances. We agreed on things that should be fixed proactively and Rob discussed the service people that would be hired to fix everything on our list. I left for North Carolina and Rob checked on all the repairs as they were completed. He called me often with updates. He is a terrific communicator! He was at every showing and at the final buyer’s walk through. The house sold in 3 days! It is a huge compliment to him that the next year, when the buyers found my house too big for them and wanted to sell it and buy something else, they hired Rob! I am grateful for Rob. He was professional in every possible way. I had no idea how very special his service was. His advice was excellent. He covered every detail from the listing to the closing with proficiency and kindness. You have an amazing real estate company! I just want you to know that Robert Goldman is wonderful. He is the best of the best!

There aren’t enough positive words to describe Nicole Ryskamp. Nicole is an outstanding realtor. She is an excellent communicator, personable, resourceful, always organized, tactful, thorough in all aspects -- and last but not least, so intelligent! I will always recommend Nicole to all of my friends and neighbors. I would never consider using anyone else in the sale or purchase of a home. Nicole is a true asset to your company.
