I first heard of Bernadette Caswell in 2021 from friends from Iceland who warmly recommended her after having a wonderful experience. So, in 2024, just two days before my departure from Florida, I spontaneously decided to sell my house. Based on my friends’ recommendation, I didn’t even bother looking up other real estate agents. I contacted her right away and set up an appointment. From the moment I met Bernadette, I knew we would become friends, and I immediately trusted her. She did a super job, going above and beyond to help me with matters beyond the sale. As someone not originally from the U.S., I had several challenges, and her assistance was greatly appreciated. Thanks to her great efforts, the house was sold quickly, in barely a month. She is not only professional but also very charming. When I couldn’t leave right away, not did I want to, she helped me find a great rental in the vicinity and stayed in contact after the sale. Offering assistance whenever needed, and even called me before my departure out of the country to check if I needed any help. All I can say is that Bernadette Caswell is a very lovely, knowledgeable and caring person. I will miss her as a friend and real estate agent.

It has been years since we sold or bought a home. Tim was extremely patient and helpful answering our plethora of questions and offering suggestions for consideration. He did an excellent job ensuring our house was staged in the most advantageous manner for our marketing photos and open houses. Tim's communication was impeccable! He responded to emails, text messages, and phone calls quickly. And he always kept us updated on the status of every detail in the process. Selling our home was a stressful event for us. However, Tim made the process less daunting and pleasurable. We are thankful we selected Tim to be our selling agent and we would absolutely use his expertise again!

We just moved to Sarasota (Siesta Key) and had the absolute best experience with Tina. When my wife and I came down for a week to look at homes Tina had everything lined up to make our time incredibly productive and efficient. With her wealth of local knowledge and her understanding of our wants/needs and personalities, Tina had us in the right home in just 2 days. She was informative, and knowledgeable, and made the entire process incredibly easy. Besides being incredibly gracious and forthcoming with information on the real estate market, Tina took a genuine interest in helping us “move” to the area. When it came time to negotiate, her ability to understand the market dynamics and timing made for a very successful process. Tina’s guidance was very valuable and resulted in our new home being everything we had hoped. It wasn’t a business transaction…it was personal, warm, and it made my wife and I feel totally comfortable with our move to Florida. What started with a call to a “real estate agent” somebody recommended, ended with a new friend and a trusted resource. Tina will handle all real estate transactions for our family and my business associates when the time comes. We met David during an open house he was hosting. There seemed to be an immediate connection due to his non-pressuring, honest and likable personality. At that time, my husband and I were just beginning a search for a future condo purchase in Siesta Key. We recognized the value David brought to the table as a realtor and asked him to be our realtor in our continued search.David exemplified professionalism, the ability to quickly follow through with requests, honesty, and support--all done with his winning personality!We most definitely will engage David’s services if and when we sell/buy in the future and recommend him to any and all of our acquaintances if they are in need of a realtor.

The sale of a home and moving out of state can be a very stressful experience--and in my case, it was especially difficult as I was doing it alone. I was leaving behind my husband with advanced dementia in a care home. This meant many stresses on several fronts. JJ was with me and beside me the entire time. I could have gone with any number of other agents--there are a few who live in my neighborhood, and some who approached me about listing with them. I never doubted my decision to have JJ as my agent. She kept me informed of everything I needed to know and did not bother me with the items she knew I didn't need to be bothered with. She monitored every open house, strategized as the market changed rapidly this past spring, and was always the optimist and the realist at the same time. Under her care, my home looked better than I could have made it myself. She has an eye for what will appeal to buyers and made sure my home reflected its best side. I would recommend Jennifer Williams to anyone who wants to have confidence in an agent who knows the business, understands the laws and the process
