I have been telling my friends and acquaintances about Robert Goldman ever since I listed my home with him last year. The selling experience with Rob, from our initial meeting through the closing, was easy, pleasant and quick. Every day during the process, I found myself comparing my prior selling experiences outside of Florida to the service and care that Rob provided in Venice. And there is no comparison! Despite the fact that Rob had many listings, I felt that he truly cared about mine. At the initial visit, Rob explained the current market, the process, and how we would price the house and market it. I am a licensed interior designer and I know how to best present my house for showings. However, Rob made some wonderful suggestions to improve the exterior landscaping, the driveway and the pool area. He also made suggestions about interior traffic patterns. He checked everything, even asking questions about the appliances. We agreed on things that should be fixed proactively and Rob discussed the service people that would be hired to fix everything on our list. I left for North Carolina and Rob checked on all the repairs as they were completed. He called me often with updates. He is a terrific communicator! He was at every showing and at the final buyer’s walk through. The house sold in 3 days! It is a huge compliment to him that the next year, when the buyers found my house too big for them and wanted to sell it and buy something else, they hired Rob! I am grateful for Rob. He was professional in every possible way. I had no idea how very special his service was. His advice was excellent. He covered every detail from the listing to the closing with proficiency and kindness. You have an amazing real estate company! I just want you to know that Robert Goldman is wonderful. He is the best of the best!

There aren’t enough positive words to describe Nicole Ryskamp. Nicole is an outstanding realtor. She is an excellent communicator, personable, resourceful, always organized, tactful, thorough in all aspects -- and last but not least, so intelligent! I will always recommend Nicole to all of my friends and neighbors. I would never consider using anyone else in the sale or purchase of a home. Nicole is a true asset to your company.

During the recent sale of our house in Holmes Beach we had the pleasure of working with Cheryl Roberts. She was pleasant and professional at all times. We had a difficult and uninformed buyer, but Cheryl dealt with the issues extremely well. Judy recently sold my home. I have nothing but praise and accolades for her hard work and professionalism. She went above and beyond in everything. From the very beginning, Judy provided the best initial presentation, out of three realtors. We chose her over the others, as her professionalism stands out in everything she does. This home was part of a large estate settlement. There were several challenges with the home during the process of selling this home. She assisted us each step of the way. Judy went out of her way to help meet and organize the various repairs and maintenance that took place, sometimes daily. It was comforting and reassuring to always know that Judy was a phone call away. She was very easy to work with and was helpful in making decisions to get to the finish line. She continually gave us updates on the home and the market on a regular basis and was always responsive to calls or emails. I am the Executor of my sister's Estate. Upon her passing, I listed her Sarasota condo with one of your competitors. The level of disregard and unprofessionalism caused us to terminate that contract and start a search for another Realtor. I live in Tennessee, so I started my search online. Tori Turner was very helpful when discussing the selling atmosphere in Sarasota. We made arrangements to meet in your Sarasota office with Tori and Suzie and were very impressed with the level of knowledge of the area. They toured the property and were able to provide us with valuable information and help in preparing the unit for sale. With their help, the unit was staged, new photos taken, and the property was listed. Although the economy was in terrible shape, they worked tirelessly with Open Houses, different creative sales incentives, and numerous showings. Then along came the hurricanes. Once again, Tori was able to offer a few different options to deal with the hurricane damage and how to proceed. After agreeing on a direction, Tori was able to secure a couple of bids on the property, and within 4 weeks, we were able to close the deal. I know this is long-winded, but it only scratches the surface of the dedication and professionalism always on display with Tori and Suzie. I would highly recommend their services to anyone

I recently closed on my property at the Strand. I have to say Lisa and Debra were the most amazing agents that I have ever worked with. Most of the time a listing agent gets the contract and disappears. Lisa and Debra worked hard. They staged the house on their own and made sure everything was perfect with pictures and marketing. They held multiple open houses, and this is what led to the sale of my condo. I usually have issues with commissions but they earned every penny. If every agent worked as hard as they do, there would not be problems with commissions. I would highly recommend both of them. Being fair and honest goes far.

I would like to thank and commend Lynn and Kim for helping us sell our home. It was a stressful time for us as the market was transitioning to more of a buyer market and there were many downtown condos on the market, including several in our building. We felt that Lynn and Kim put extra time and energy into selling our place, and at the same time helped calm our nerves. We so appreciated their tenacity and professionalism. They are two of the best!!
