We needed to sell a home in PG after my Dads Passing. Fortunately we were introduced to Karen. She provided tremendous support from clean out, preparation, Marketing thru to the final close. Through two Hurricanes and a dramatic market swing, she remained on task and provided the guidance to get the property closed. She is a consummate professional and a pleasure to work with.

Maureen Horn was our realtor for our recent condo purchase. She had helped us with our first purchase in 2010 as well. There is a reason we engaged her again. She does an outstanding job. She is very responsive and gives excellent advice. We wanted a speedy purchase and move-in date and she got that done for us. We arrived in Sarasota from Indianapolis on December 2 and were moved into our new condo on December 23, three weeks to the day. Highest possible recommendation.

Tammy Mast worked for several months to find the right home for us. Her bubbly personality, combined with her knowledge of the market, put us at ease knowing she would look out for our best interest. We had looked at the home we ended up purchasing twice before the Hurricanes hit the gulf coast. The home suffered minor damage but the landscaping was hit hard. Tammy negotiated an agreement that included bringing the landscaping back to pre-hurricane conditions. Her negotiating skills lead to what we considered a fair price, which included a number of conditions that she followed up on to make sure they were met. Tammy was very responsive and if she didn’t have the answer quickly, she got it. The whole process from viewing homes to the closing was extremely smooth. We would use Tammy again and will recommend her to anyone who asks. She is a top notch real estate professional.

Ann has handled four different real estate transactions (house sales and purchases) for me and my husband Dyer Wadsworth since 2017. She is exceptionally knowledgeable about real estate and exceptionally helpful with anything we needed to complete these transactions. The word I would use for my experience with Kathy would be COMFORTABLE. When word got out that I was planning to sell, I received a few calls from realtors willing to assist me. But I had already decided on Kathy Valente because we have a Hagerstown, Maryland connection. I feel that we know each other even better after this experience. She did an exceptional job, especially when reviewing offers.

Mariam is enthusiastic, friendly, generous, well prepared and knowledgeable. She is hard working and genuine. She is always responsive to texts, calls and emails. We toured several properties and she helped me evaluate them in terms of my goals. She did a good job representing me through the negotiations once we found the home I decided to buy. I never felt pressured in any way by her. I recommend her and would love to work with her again on either side of the transaction. I appreciate everything she has done for me. She is a joy to work with!
