We were worried about selling our house out of state and purchasing in Venice FL. With Carol's help it was easy. She listened to our needs and found the perfect house for us. She also knew how to register to vote, find handymen and anything else we needed to do. Carol was always pleasant to deal with making moving to Florida a pleasure.

Trisha was amazing! She listened to my wants, needs, and budget concerns and helped me find my dream home. She always had an answer to my questions. We had an issue with FEMA that could have impacted the closing date. Trisha was always on top of the situation, following through to the end. Everything worked out and closing occurred on time. I couldn’t have made it through the process without her. I was impressed with Trisha’s professionalism, dedication to her clients, and overall enthusiasm. We walked in off the street in Venice several years ago while vacationing and were warmly greeted by Gail Kelly. When we saw a house go on the “red hot” market and wanted to see it, she managed to get us in. With her help, we realized that pouncing on a property was not going to work for us. She showed us many different new build communities in the area and kept us on her radar even when we returned to upstate New York. When we returned to Toscana Isles in the Spring of 2021, we zeroed in on the model home we wanted and got on a waiting list. She was always there to answer questions and went to bat for us when our name was somehow deleted from the wait list. Ultimately, our home site and model became available in late January 2022, and we closed in November. Gail was patient and always responsive to our emails and calls. We couldn’t have done this without her!

My wife and I are extremely grateful for the work of Drew Russell and his assistant Olivia Crockett in getting us through the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home.
