Linda is wonderful! She brought expertise and market insight while preparing our unit for sale. During showings she communicated with us regularly, and once we had an offer she was on top of everything quickly to get us through the finish line. You can tell she's a people person and loves what she does because she's good at it and is a pleasure to work with. We successfully sold our condo in a difficult market thanks to Linda!

There is not enough space here for me to describe how much Robin helped me find the right property. She was patient , supportive and always had my best interest. After 7 months - she found “ the one “ and gave me good advice to ensure my bid would be accepted against many bidders . After the acceptance , she took charge of everything that needed to be completed in a time crunch manner . I honestly couldn’t have done it without her . I can’t recommend her enough as she goes way over and above a Realtors duties . Thank you again Robin , you were a life saver .

Moved from SC to FL the end of October 2021. Knew of Michael Saunders & Company from many years ago and chose them to help us look for our next home in Lakewood Ranch. I worked as a Realtor for a time in upstate NY before retiring. We linked up with Lori and we found her to be friendly (and fun to be with!) professional, highly capable, experienced, she listened carefully and researched constantly for us, and worked tirelessly to find us a home in a very stressful, competitive housing market. She knows Lakewood Ranch and surrounding developments well. She was always helpful in pointing out things on property visits with us, helping us to weigh various aspects. Her communications were prompt, and her actions commendably proactive---Lori reviewed a particular property in MLS minutes after it went public, and she immediately booked a visit with us before we knew of this listing and before hearing from us if we wanted to see it. Her instincts and experience proved right, as we liked the neighborhood, street, and house, and we were fortunate to wind up purchasing that property. It is my absolute pleasure to recommend Lori Bollinger as a real estate agent for any individual or family searching for the ideal home for their unique situation. This is our second home buying experience with Lori. She managed to sell our last house, which she helped buy 4 years ago, for an excellent price, in 2 days. Lori knows Lakewood Ranch and surrounding areas like the back of her hand. This time around we decided on a new construction home in the Lake Club. New construction is challenging because the builder is in complete control of the state of the house right up until closing. And where communication was lacking, Lori was diligent on relaying questions and getting answers. She also has a sharp eye during walkthroughs looking for pitfalls and flaws that the builder may have missed. Lori is a highly attentive agent, almost as if we were her only customers, although we know that was not the case. She returned all phone calls and emails the same day. We never felt neglected or unimportant. She is also highly personable with an engaging personality. We are pleased to recommend Lori and her team at Michael Saunders to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She is hands down the best in the business in my opinion and if we ever need to move again, she will definitely be our first choice!

I have bought and sold several houses in my lifetime and have had many experiences with realtors, ranging from excellent to very bad. Lori Bollinger, with Michael Saunders & Co. is without a doubt the BEST realtor I have ever dealt with, bar none. I recently moved to Florida from Oregon. Any move is stressful, but moving from out of state is off the charts! However, Lori made the home buying process practically stress free! First, we met over the phone to discuss my must haves, my would like to haves, and the general area where I wanted to be. She spent a lot of time getting to know me and what I wanted. When I flew into the area to house hunt, because she has such such extensive knowledge of the area and the real estate market, she was able to show me only homes that exactly fit these requirements. No wasted time! We spent a few days together looking at areas of the city, and then the specific homes that she chose for me. She was really excellent about pointing out things that I wasn’t seeing. I tend to get excited about one thing, and then overlook other things, so having somebody point things out was huge. She is going for the long term relationship, never just the sale and that is obvious. She is super responsive and always answers her texts and messages very quickly so you’re never left hanging. Also, Lori is extremely detailed oriented and takes fabulous notes! Being a person that is not that way, it was really a lifesaver for me because she had information I was looking for during the buying process at the tip of her fingers, when I couldn’t find it at all. As a side note, her notetaking and attention to the detail is the only reason I have a brand new beautiful and FREE golf cart sitting in my garage! My builder had a promo going that I was right on the cusp of, but they told Lori I would get a free golf cart if I signed by a certain date. Due to delays by the builder, they tried to wiggle out of it. But because Lori took such good notes when she met with the builder prior to my arrival, she was able to prove what they told her and so I got the golf cart! That would’ve never happened without her! Lori was at every inspection, and every walk thru and appointment with the builder even when she didn’t need to be. She also helped me find home insurance in Florida, and a mortgage brokers she trusts, proof she goes above and beyond! She also gave me an education about homeownership in Florida, which is completely different from other states due to various laws etc and also the humid weather. Because I am from out of town and don’t know the area, she gave me a lot of good information so that when I arrived, I could hit the ground running to get everything set up that I needed to do. I just can’t say enough about this realtor. There are numerous decisions to make, when moving and buying a new home. The smartest one you can make, in your in whole homebuying process, is to choose Lori Bollinger of Michel Sanders as your realtor. She is literally the best I have ever used and you will not regret it!
