Fred is so on the pulse with the Sarasota market, he can advise sale price or offer price on the fly and then back it up with neighborhood comps after the fact. I have been telling my friends and acquaintances about Robert Goldman ever since I listed my home with him last year at 950 Chickadee Drive, Venice, Florida. The selling experience with Rob, from our initial meeting through the closing, was easy, pleasant and quick.I left Venice just before the listing went online and I returned to move out just before the closing. I have sold several homes in Dallas, Texas with Briggs Freeman, which is a high-end boutique agency. Those were also good experiences.Recently I sold my large mountain house in Cashiers, North Carolina with Sotheby’s Highlands, NC. The agent is reputed to be the top producing agent in the Highlands- Cashiers area.Every day during the process, I found myself comparing that experience to the service and care that Rob had provided in Venice. Actually, there is no comparison! Rob did everything that Sotheby’s didn’t! I was spoiled! Despite the fact that he had many listings, I felt that he truly cared about mine. At the initial visit, Rob explained the current market, the process, and how we would price the house and market it.I am a licensed interior designer and I know how to best present my house for showings. However, Rob made some wonderful suggestions to improve the exterior landscaping, the driveway and the pool area. He also made suggestions about interior traffic patterns . He checked everything, even asking questions about the appliances. We agreed on things that should be fixed proactively and Rob discussed the service people that would be hired to fix everything on our list. I left for North Carolina and Rob checked on all the repairs as they were completed. He called me often with updates. He is a terrific communicator!He was at every showing and at the final buyer’s walk through. The house sold in 3 days! It is a huge compliment to him that the next year, when the buyers found my house too big for them and wanted to sell it and buy something else, they hired Rob! I am grateful for Rob. He was professional in every possible way. I had no idea how very special his service was. His advice was excellent. He covered every detail from the listing to the closing with proficiency and kindness. You have an amazing real estate company! I just want you to know that Robert Goldman is wonderful. He is the best of the best!

Laurie Minear was truly exceptional and we are so thankful to have had her on our side during our home buying process! She went above and beyond for us with her availability and coordination to see homes, especially since we were from out of town. Her attention to detail, her knowledge of the homes, the area and builders was so helpful. She is compassionate and you can tell she enjoys helping other with the process. She even provided us resources for schools and the community. She made herself available for the showings, inspection, new builder appointments, walkthroughs and our closing. She was present, resourceful, professional trustworthy and helped us navigate some situations so calmly which definitely took our stress away. Laurie’s excellent communication, commitment and persistence landed us with the most perfect home for our family.
