"I met Susan by accident because the realtor we had previously worked with didn't return our calls. She happened to be the listing agent for a home we were interested in...and I have to say, it was the happiest accident that has ever happened. I've never experienced the level of professionalism, attention to detail, knowledge, or communication from any other realtor I've worked with to date. I listed my house through Susan Katanic after two miserable experiences with agents at two other companies. To say I was frustrated and discouraged until Susan came into my life isan understatement. I have been a professional all of my life and give it my all. Susan turned out to be the ultimate professional and gave it her all, much to my benefit. Susan made her assessment, made suggestions (which I followed), and worked continuously and energetically to sell my beautiful home. Susan's attention to detail is mind-boggling. Things that I had missed and which were missed by other agents and contractors came to her immediate attention. Knowing that life is in the details, I realized that Susan not only knows her stuff but is committed to doing her best for her clients, as well as for potential buyers. It took a while to sell this house but I was flabbergasted that the buyer was someone who Susan said would buy the house after his first viewing. I had written this buyer off especially with his seeming vacillation and his agent representing him. After seven visits to the house and many discussions with Susan, the offer was made and I accepted. Everything from the signing to the closing worked seamlessly because of Susan. Again her Rolodex of professionals needed for inspections and some repairs are impeccable. But most important to this successful enterprise was Susan's full commitment to me, her client. I will, of course, recommend her to anyone I know who is looking for a GREAT agent.

I wanted to take a few minutes to praise Susan Katanic for an exceptional job selling my home. Susan went above and beyond the call of duty to help me sell my home for top dollar. Susan help me arrange my furniture and stage my house to perfection. When we had a customer I decided not to purchase, Susan took it upon herself to send a lengthy email to the buyers' agent explaining in detail the pros of purchasing my home instead of shopping around.Once the buyer saw the detail explanation, we were set to close!Susan is a huge asset to your organization and she should be recognized for her attention to detail and customer service.I have personally recommended Susan to 4 of my neighbors and she has sold every one. Susan currently has another listing In my neighborhood that I referred to her.Once again, kudos to a true professional!

I want to inform you how happy I have been with our dealings with Susan Katanic. She sold our villa in Lakecrest Place for us last spring and helped us find another place here in Sarasota. She has held my hand and done everything she could to make it easy for us to transition. She was recommended to me by a person she had helped find a place. We have moved about 12 times during our 29 years of marriage; 9 times were corporate relocations like this one. We have never before had an agent that spent so much time on us. We felt like we were her only clients, though we knew we weren’t. She goes far, far beyond what’s expected of a real estate agent. She has set the bar high!!! Here guidance with negotiations, inspection on value and countless detailed follow-ups were outstanding! So if we ever move again, if it’s not local and we’re not using Susan, then we will be sorely disappointed no doubt!

I first met Susan in May 2015 at the recommendation of another of her customers. During the next three years, Susan has been both patient and indefatigable on my behalf. She ultimately introduced me to 711 Palm in downtown Sarasota, where I have now purchased a unit scheduled for completion early next year. Her combination of professionalism, knowledge, and grace is what made the process a success.

I am writing to express my appreciation of the exceptional service provided by Susan Katanic throughout my recent home buying experience. Not having purchased a house in 33 years, in addition to the long distance, was a rather daunting endeavor however Susan managed to facilitate a smooth process. From our first contact she listened to all my housing requirements and went to work immediately to identify relevant properties. When we made a house hunting trip to the to the area in late September Susan had prepared a portfolio of properties complete with a logistical map and she was more than willing to add other properties that I had identified. We found a property of interest that we closed on 6 weeks later! Susan assisted every step of the process for which I am most grateful. Susan’s professionalism and knowledge are only exceeded by her warmth. I found her to be client focused as she was totally available, extremely responsive and thorough. I had complete confidence in her judgement. As indicated being from so far away was challenging and Susan could not have been more accommodating navigating all the many particulars. Susan certainly exceeded my expectations and her diligent efforts were very well appreciated. I would highly recommend Susan to any of my friends!
