it would have ben easerier if i could have saved it but everytime i put my email and password in it keeps saying it can't find me. so after 2 or 3 trys i just give up.i can't even get an email on ??? i asked i get instead a phone call witch i mentioned i am at work to just email me. maybe u can answer me on this place aor places like this close to the beach at this price or better yet for less for us to see. i am going to the va to see how much i can get for a va loan. then just buy a place . my credit score is i beleave now 780. i have very good credit. i see just now u r asking me about janet oberholtzer well it's not her it's with who ever i ask ????s about homes .

Janet is a GEM! She is very knowledgeable, patient and an excellent real-estate agent. I know she is an asset to the Michael Saunders Company. I would certainly recommend my friends and family to Janet and definitely would contact Janet in the future if I decide to buy another home. During our first week of home shopping we ran into Janet at an open house. At the time we were concentrating on locations. We asked a lot of questions about Florida and she gave us good advice even though we were not particularly interested in that showing. A couple of weeks and a dozen or more open houses/agents later we decided to ask an agent to lead our search. We remembered Janet from the early open house and contacted her. We found Janet to be very knowledgeable, persistent and patient and we would highly recommend her and Michael Saunders & Co. for all the services that they provide. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Janet. She was a very generous person with her time and worked us into her schedule to meet our needs. She was extremely knowledgeable about the market in the Venice area and we found her to be a wealth of information. She went out of her way to thoroughly explain things to us, was patient with us as we were looking for a home and was always gracious. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a new residence or vacation home - she was fantastic!
