Over many years, we purchased and sold homes with a number of realtors and then we met Judy Nimz. Judy is an amazing, easy-to-work-with person and a long term realtor in Sarasota. The sale of our condo in Lawrence Pointe was yesterday. It, like the entire marketing process, went without a hitch due to the skill and thoroughness of Judy. We had originally put the condo on the market early in 2020 but soon took it off mostly due to the unpredictability of the pandemic. We put it back on this summer and accepted an offer within 3 days. Judy did an outstanding job of marketing it from the beginning. And even after we accepted the offer, she was always there. Checking every little thing in all the paperwork that followed. Suggesting movers, good places to donate items, people to help us pack, and cleaners. She knew and contacted the best quality people and the most reasonable. She answered any and all questions we had. She also communicated with the management and property manager of the condo association. If there were a grade above A+, she would get it.

I have too many good things to say about Judy Nimz. Judy has helped us both as buyers and as sellers. Most recently, she helped us sell a condo in The Meadows. Judy has the ability to walk through with fresh eyes and quickly recommend small improvements prior to listing. We've moved a lot and have never ever had a realtor as nice and helpful as Judy. This was a long distance move during COVID, and she went above and beyond to make it easy for us. She sold our condo in 3 days and then made the rest of the process flow smoothly. And did I mention nice?

We chose Judy because she came prepared to our first interview meeting and responded quickly thereafter with a comprehensive plan for preparing and selling our home. We found Judy to be an exceptional real estate agent. Not only did she provide guidance throughout the process of preparing our home for sale, she also referred us to multiple service people and a painting contractor who brought the house up to selling standards efficiently and at very reasonable prices. Bottom line, Judy found us multiple offers with great terms. We couldn't be more pleased with Judy’s work ethic and her nice personality.

We met Judy Nimz last year when we wandered into her open house at a condo on Lido, after which she showed us several properties. We left Sarasota early because of Covid and contacted her this year when we returned. She had great places to show us, in diverse locations, and she was quite accepting of the fact that we couldn't agree about anything until we saw the condo we are in. The move, which happened very quickly because our home in West Virginia sold immediately, has been somewhat traumatic, and Judy has guided us through it all. Indeed, she still is! I expect we will stay in touch, and I would highly recommend Judy should the opportunity arise.

What can we say about Queen Judy... In the past, we have praised her professionalism, her knowledge, and her ability to listen and find the perfect property for us, my mother-in-law, and our daughter. This is the first time we have utilized Judy’s expertise to help us sell a property. Surprise! She didn’t disappoint! When we decided to list our rental properties, she met us at each villa, walked through, and gave suggestions of small changes. We took her advice, made minor improvements, and she got both listings sold within a week! Full asking price!! She is amazing, awesome, and always has our best interest at heart. My husband and I worked with Judy for over a year to find a condo in downtown Sarasota to buy. She continually stayed in touch sending us listings to consider. Her knowledge of the market and individual buildings was excellent. When we wanted to put in an offer on a condo, she provided insight and strategic advice to ensure we had a competitive offer in a market environment where sellers were getting many offers. We got the unit and then visited in person a few weeks after the closing. (Yes, we bought it based on pictures and her knowledge of the building.) Judy went above and beyond to welcome us to our new condo when we visited for the first time - left food, wine, and goodies knowing we were flying down from Boston. She also had flowers in the kitchen and a floral arrangement in the master bath. A new bath mat was in the master bath as she worried we might slip on the tile in the bathroom as it was slippery. Having purchased many properties over our lifetime, we can definitely state Judy is the BEST agent we have ever worked with. Thank you Judy!
