Kathy is an outstanding buyer's broker. She is knowledgeable about the market, responsiveness and fair and objective in her assessment of the homes. My wife and I met her at an open house and toured several condos, homes and neighborhoods on LBK. Once we settled on an area there was limited inventory within our price range as well as desired location. Kathy found us home that wasn't on the market and we quickly negotiated with the seller. She coordinated all the due diligence and introduced us to several qualified general contractors. She is a pleasure to deal with and I couldn't recommend her strong enough!
