Jennifer is PHENOMINAL! I needed my home sold FAST with alot of side issues to contend with financially. She had it listed and SOLD in record time without any hassle! Brooke was absolutely fantastic! She helped me find the perfect house to rent without having to jump through a bunch of hoops to do so. She was very consistent with sending me good options and worked with my schedule to show me the houses she found. Next time I need a realtor I will definitely use her.

Brooke was great! She went above and beyond to help me close on my condo in a crazy market. I definitely felt like she had my best interests in mind and that she truly cares. She even has been great after closing, making sure I’m happy in my new place. 10/10 recommend!!!

Brooke is an excellent agent! I feel she went above and beyond. She actually offered to come in and help get our house ready for pictures which I am so glad I accepted! She knew exactly what needed done and just jumped right in. Our house and pictures looked wonderful! She rearranged the patio furniture and I couldn't believe how much better it looked. Brooke always responded quickly and checked in with me on a regular basis. I highly recommend her to anyone!

Tammy is very knowledgeable of the Pinecraft, Sarasota area and has been extremely helpful in my search to appraise our home. She spent a lot of time and effort providing assistance to me and my brothers with no monetary gain for her. If we decide to sell our home via a realtor, she will definitely be our go-to person.

I had a tough time finding a realtor that I thought was a "real pro." Rob was the THIRD realtor I used in LBK and he was just great and just that...a real pro. Of course he did a wonderful job of tracking properties and searching out potential properties that fit our criteria. But once we found one, he was a terrific negotiator and I had complete confidence in him to get the deal done in OUR favor.But our deal got complicated as we were supposed to close just as a hurricane was about to hit LBK.With closing delayed, Rob always had our interests as his top priority to make sure we were protected every step of the way. He stood firm against the listing agent multiple times. He literally checked on our property almost daily, either calling me or face-timing me to be sure I was comfortable that our unit was secure. How may realtors check every window and every door daily to make sure there isn't a drop of water coming in?I am glad we were referred to Rob and I would whole-heartedly recommend him to anybody looking for a property on or near LBK!! He is the best!!

Not only was Fred knowledgeable, he was patient, understanding and absolutely grasped what I was looking for. My interactions with Fred did not end at Closure. He followed up after I moved in, was helpful with resources and is very, very good at what he does. It has been an honor to know and to work with Fred.
