Margie was excellent to work with. She is a very hard worker and has an excellent attention to detail. Joanne Sckowska was our listing agent and she had to be out of town while we were negotiating our contract. Everything went seamlessly! because Margie is so knowledgeable. She even handled an open house with a huge number of attendees. We would recommend Margie to anyone who appreciates a true professional.

I had the amazing opportunity to work with Denise, She helped me and my family out with a first time property purchase. Not only was the experience top tier, But she made the whole experience very personable she made a connection and was invested in my dream, that ultimately she was able to captain the entire way and kept us safe through the entire journey Instead of the process feeling transactional, It literally felt like I was with a family member just taking a casual stroll at the park. She kept me well informed at all times about what was going on with the entire purchasing process. Overall I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Nor I couldn't have asked for a better realtor than Denise. 10/10 if I could give her a higher rating trust me I would!

I have known Jo-Anne since 1999 when she sold my condo. She is very honest, trustworthy and most of all a friend. She recently sold my home and she made the experience very easy and stress free. She was their for me everyday keeping me calm and telling me to take deep breaths when I was feeling stressed. I highly recommend her for all of your real estate needs.

We highly recommend Eileen for your Real Estate. She was totally professional and an absolute joy to work with. We live 900 miles away, but Eileen worked hard and walked us through several homes & condo's around Sarasota while we watched on our tablets. The market was going crazy in 2021 at the time and it took a few weeks and several tries, but in the end she was able to get us the perfect townhouse at a great price.

Marcy was absolutely wonderful to work with. She is so knowledgeable and extremely great at what she does. She was able to find the perfect place for me. I am very “picky “ but she had the patience of a saint with me. I would highly recommend her and would recommend her to anyone looking for property in this area.
