We had the pleasure of working with Joanna at Michael Saunders the last 6 months. We lived far away from Florida and Joanna gathered our needs and mapped out areas for us to see in Sarasota. We looked at 16 communities and within one week, we targeted four communities. We can honestly say that the level of dedication she provided to us is unmatched. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase! We love our neighborhood and community. Joanna truly listened to our needs, provided expert advice, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She also goes beyond helping us purchase our new home, she helped us find contractors for some minor renovations and add-ons. The "good thing/bad thing" about working with Chris Baylis, Cathy Wright, and the MS Team at Lakewood Ranch was the high bar they set for us during our real estate transactions for the purchase of our new home. I expected the same type of service from our selling realtor. Yet the sale of our former home has been fraught with questions, non-productive solutions, inconsistencies, and unprofessional and disrespectful actions. In contrast to this selling experience, I must extend the highest praise and gratitude to Chris Baylis for all her efforts in helping us find and purchase a new home. Stacey helped us purchase our home. She was both the Buyer Broker and the Seller Broker. Overall, Stacey did an excellent job! She took a lot of initiative to move things forward and was always very responsive to questions and concerns, She was very kind and understanding and always interacted with honesty and integrity.
