What can we say about Queen Judy... Lori Bollinger had the instinctive knowledge of the real estate in this area because of her long-standing residence in Lakewood Ranch. Realistic pricing structure along with her methodical approach to the timing of listing the property was key in our decision to work with her. One of the traits we liked the most was how calm Lori was from start to finish. Her diligence in every detail was noticed and appreciated. A quiet strength type of person and in these times that was a blessing.

I’m not sure we can just write a short note about Sherry. We absolutely love her and in our three dealings with her, we consider her our friend. Her professionalism, sense of humor, kindness, and ability to rectify certain situations got us through any rough spot. She sold our condo in less than 30 days during the pandemic. Sherry never gave up and always boosted our spirits when we were discouraged. She is a true wonder and if we ever move back to Longboat we would always ask her to assist us.

Cindy went above and beyond making sure everything was taken care of. The buyer’s attorney wanted to use an online portal to sign paperwork and all I had to use was my phone! Cindy offered me the use of her computer, but actually, hand delivered copies of the signed documents to their office. It was a pleasure working with Cindy and Michael Saunders!

As we do not currently live in Florida and are not that familiar with the area we worked with Deb for a few months by email and a few times over the phone. We found her to be patient, very informative, confident in her knowledge of the Real Estate market, and very approachable. Steve took us under his wing when we bought our condo in 2012. He took it upon himself to show us around the complex. He gave us good advice and made us comfortable in our new home. When we went to sell, there was no question as to who we wanted to represent us. He sold the condo for a very good price within a week. When it was all done, we got a letter from a charity saying that a donation in our name was given by Steve. We are so glad we had the opportunity to work with Steve Harris. More than a gentleman, more than a salesman, a very special and caring person.
