Steve took us under his wing when we bought our condo in 2012. He took it upon himself to show us around the complex. He gave us good advice and made us comfortable in our new home. When we went to sell, there was no question as to who we wanted to represent us. He sold the condo for a very good price within a week. When it was all done, we got a letter from a charity saying that a donation in our name was given by Steve. We are so glad we had the opportunity to work with Steve Harris. More than a gentleman, more than a salesman, a very special and caring person.

This is the second time I have used Susan Smith and Cathy Meldahl to purchase a new residence and the first time to sell one. I can't say enough respectable things about how our last listing was handled by Linda Carlstrum. Even though this was a relatively small listing she treated it like it was worth a hundred times more. Efficient and interested in what we were doing. If in the future were we ever in need of real estate services your office is definitely the first one we would call on.

When we decided to list our home this Spring, we immediately turned to Sandi Dietrich who has an extensive history of successful sales in our neighborhood. We knew this property could be a bit of a challenge to price and market because no direct open water resale had occurred in The Reserve at the Inlets and comps were limited to builder lots and newer construction. We aggressively pushed to list due to the market frenzy and she presented us with 3 cash offers within 5 days of list. She continued to support our efforts to meet the buyer’s goal of a relatively rapid close by helping us find qualified professionals to complete inspection list requests, get us moved, and oversee the closing. When all was completed, we felt that this sale and move was as uncomplicated as any we have experienced (these transitions always take an emotional and physical toll on us). And, for the first time in 40 years, due to Sandi’s experience and intuition that the asking price was one the market would bear, my husband can say that I actually made money off of a real estate transaction.
