Outstanding Agent I have worked with many agents over the years and found Philip to be one of the best! The traits that distinguished him are: 1. He was always available and responsive to my phone calls, 7 days a week, most any hour of the day. 2. He listened to my ideas for marketing the house and implemented them. 3. He used the most incredible photographer and produced an outstanding marketing package that helped to attract potential buyers. 4. Philip has a low key and very professional style that belies the fact that he quietly and aggressively goes to any length that he needs to, to sell a house (he spent at least 6 hours with one potential buyer, frequently offered to help me with chores like moving boxes, kept me well informed after every potential buyer’s visit, and bent over backwards to anticipate my needs). 5. Philip arrived early for every showing and was always prepared to show off every detail in my house, like how the air bed sofa worked, special features of my electronic piano, the hurricane blinds, etc. IIn short, he had educated himself about every detail of my house. In conclusion, Philip is a top-notch agent, and I enjoyed working with him.

Mr. BJ Jones; can only be classified as an extraordinary real estate agent. Here's why I'm pleased to say that: - He is extremely knowledgeable and never short-sells you on the answers to your questions, and there are many. Thus he instills confidence in all aspects of the process. He keeps you-up-to-date regularly. - Details never escape him. As they say, he crosses every "t" and dots every "i" giving you assurance that everything will be done correctly. - He was always very responsive to our needs, without making us feel bad about it. Many times, he went "way beyond the call of duty". As an example: we were in another state and couldn't be at the property to prepare it for a big hurricane that was coming. BJ graciously volunteered to move all our lanai furnishings to the garage and then returned them after the storm passed. He then prepared the house for showing again by removing steel panels at the sliding glass doors and storm covers on every window. - I should mention that he demonstrated a talent for staging a house for sale and we were glad to have his help here too. - We especially liked the spontaneous initiative he often took, getting county documents in order regarding a roof replacement (before the listing), and arranging for repairs after the inspection; even negotiating the lowest repair fees on our behalf, in our absence. To sum up our experience with BJ is difficult. It's difficult to do it justice, but he is a remarkable agent: knowledgeable, responsive, dedicated to personal service, congenial and a friend you want to have in your corner when you embark on the process of selling your home.

Mariam was very professional,efficient and timely. She stayed on top of our want list and went above and beyond to try and find us the house we were looking for. She was so proficient at our search for a house we had her sell a house. Which she accomplished within two weeks. When you work with Philip Pisano it is more than just working with some random realtor, it’s more like working with a good friend. We started looking for a home while living halfway across the globe. He kept us updated on homes that met our specific needs. Let me tell you, this man went way out of his way for us and even went to the houses that interested us. Dave is simply the best. He is attentive, proactive, thoughtful, strategic, and professional in everything he does. I was purchasing a home in Sarasota, but was living out of state. Dave was my eyes and ears on the ground. He was instrumental in assisting with inspections, lining up contractors for quotes, facetime walkthroughs and putting me at ease that everything was under control, even though it was long distance. I had explained what I was looking for and my price range. Dave listened very carefully to everything I said. He never tried to show me something that wasn’t a good fit. He was very familiar with Sarasota and all of its surrounding communities. He knew exactly where to focus to help me find the perfect home. During the entire process, Dave was always available. I know he was certainly juggling numerous clients, but it seemed like I was always his priority. He returned calls promptly, was keenly aware of contractual dates and deadlines, and was always prepared for the next step. I could not have asked for a better real estate agent and I would trust him 100% with my next sale and / or purchase.
