You have a real gem with Maureen and a goodwill ambassador for Longboat Key. (Her husband) Steve was also helpful (with meeting) the home inspector so we did not have to fly back down. What a special team you have. They feel more like famly than business acquantances. Their customer service is outstanding

Before I arrived to view potential condos, Drew canvassed the area and narrowed the field. The selections were great...and this process saved many hours. Drew revealed (my) very specific intentions to the seller...and within 24 hours, after intense negotiations, the deal was set. I have purchased many homes...and never had a real estate agent like Drew with this level of service. I strongly recommend him

Tom Delaney was determined and relentless and most of the time he was dealing with me (very pregnant) and our one year old to find us our home. Now, 8 years later Tom was able to work with me and my husband to sell the home. And again, the transaction was seamless. When it comes to Tom Delaney, I would say that he was truly our advocate and I cannot imagine ever buying Real Estate without his assistance. I know he went above and beyond for us and I like the way he does business.

From the start Michael helped us narrow down our options and was very helpful when it came to looking at the maps, surveys and the circumstances surrounding each particular property – good and bad. Not only was he knowledgeable… he was fun! That makes the biggest difference. Michael has such an understanding and calming approach when dealing with the contract and the seller. He is what we needed…I would recommend Michael to anyone.

We recently dealt with Michael for the purchase of a vacation property in Florida. What a wonderful experience. He was so helpful in every way. Maruta Miluns completely explained the advantages of purchasing versus renting. She supplied us with all the costs involved in ownership, choices of Insurance Companies, Title Service costs, etc., plus a number of other contractors who supply service in Whitney Beach. She simplified the process for us. Not only was it a pleasure dealing with Maruta, but her services were exceptional.
