An icon in Sarasota real estate who has amassed over $1 billion in career sales, Linda has been assisting homebuyers and sellers with MS&C for more than three decades. Last summer, she made waves by announcing a new partnership with top agent Kelly Quigley; and the team went on to achieve over $50 million in sales. Describe your 2013 in three words: Exciting, gratifying and challenging What do you attribute to such a successful year? Hard work and the excitement of a wonderful partnership with Kelly Quigley When you’re not focused on real estate, what is your favorite thing to do? I love to walk downtown to the Saturday Farmer’s market or to Siesta Village with its’ charming bustle and the always beautiful Crescent Beach Do you see any real estate trends in the local market for 2014? I see buyers and sellers “coming out of the woodwork”. Everyone seems to have regained confidence in our marketplace and is displaying that confidence by buying and selling. The Oscar’s are coming up this weekend – what are some of your favorite movies? American Beauty, Ordinary People, Breaking the Waves.
