MSC Luxury Sales Spotlight: Q1 2017

Michael Saunders & Company is the name to know and trust in luxury real estate for Sarasota, Manatee and Charlotte Counties. In the first quarter of 2017, 35% of all luxury sales (categorized as $1 million and up) involved Michael Saunders & Company agents. In Sarasota alone, 40% of the luxury sales that took place between January and March 2017 involved MSC agents. Looking at the numbers, luxury sales are up 18.3% over the same quarter last year, however the average sold price is down over 4%.
